Just seen Rhasidat Adeleke's 50.45 run over 400m. Is it just me or does she look like running sub 49 and getting a medal in Budapest this summer.

That's 3 pb's from his last 3 races for Sam Bennett. At the same meet Sarah Omoregie threw a SP pb of 16.64m as did Kenny Ikeji with 21.59m in the weight...
