Sad to hear of the death today (31 May 2023) of former Commonwealth and Euro indoor champion, Olympic rely medallist, and long time top UK coach Mike McFarlane. RIP.

Nah, he's pretty much at the end. He's not "dead" technically, but the doctor's reported that after his heart attack, McFarlane was brain dead with no chance at recovery. They have him on life support until all of his family can be at his bedside before they turn it off.

Tragic.
