I am not competent to write the preview (I'm a jogger not a journalist). Go for it jjimbojames .

I will say good luck to Reardon and Hussey. They have both had very good champs already.
And good luck to the 4x4 women. They probably need for John to run, and for her crown to stay on the whole way round (a couple of safety pins, perhaps).
Putting down the flag for a mo, it has been a great champs with some staggering performances. And today again with the likes of Topic in the HJ there could be fireworks.

Not much British participation. Hussey and Reardon go in the 800, and the women squeezed into the 4x4 (but have Yemi Mary John to bring in).

I haven’t followed these Champs too much, but after a stunning mTJ final yesterday, the women will want to grab their share of the limelight. The 8 and 15 have some athletes with fast times, but it’s whether they run hard to utilise that - if not, the British boys, and Reardon particularly, have speed to play with down the home straight.

Not just Topic. She should have very tough competition from 17yo Karmen Bruus who improved her PB by 6cm in Eugene and equalled the World U18 Record, jointly held by Topic at 1.96. There's also a 19yo Dutch girl, Britt Weerman, who's jumped 1.95.

Impressive 12.77 for Kerrica Hill to win the 100h, with her fellow Jamaican in silver.

Ethan Hussey gets our second medal at these camps, a bronze, in a very tense race.

Perhaps not surprising that it was high quality, but 1.93 is still a very good height for bronze at U20.

Bronze for the relay girls. YMJ didn't give us as much of a lead as I think we would have expected at the start.

I was impressed by how close we were to Jamaica. Other than YMJ the rest of the team are all U18s.
