Moraa tactically brilliant imo - Hard 200, let the others kick on off an already fast pace, then pick them off. A fine run from Keely but I don't think we have seen the best of her this summer.

How do you run this if you're Hodgkinson? Let them go slow and Moraa will have them all, go hard and see the best of Laura Muir. Goule looked great in qualifying too, deceptively fast in a sprint.

Remember seeing Van Der Walt winning the World U20 gold in Tampere 2018, and thinking she was a talent. Definitely a sub 54 in her future

van der Walt left too much in the tank there. Had she started that surge 5m further back she could well have taken gold.

Rogers has sewn the hammer up there when she finally got a legal one in.

What odds could you have got an a van der Walt medal 50m out?! She finishes like a train. Wouldn't mind seeing her run a few 800s over the winter. Russell the class of the field and showed it.
