Well, if my maths are right, we've already secured a PV medal, as we've only got 5 athletes left in it and 3 of them are English! Early days though; Marschall hasn't even entered yet.

Delighted for Chalmers. There was always a bronze there for the taking and he executed well to get it.

I think he's relying on minimal vaults for sure. He's already effectively wrapped up a medal unless Owen Heard somehow goes past 5.40 with a sore elbow.

I’m thinking he might be going for a Hooker - one and done (injured?), as he’s only cleared 5.75m this year and only managed 5.50m in Eugene
