Looks like silver for Molly Caudery, assuming Nina Kennedy gets one more height.

Bit of a stumble for Ojora. Zeller looked OK, but the Jamaicans are going very well.

Really quite impressive for Josh Zeller to hold his form not just for Worlds, but Commonwealths too.

And that's a surprise bronze medal for my club from Imogen Ayris! Beats Jacko Gill to the podium.

Kennedy seals the win with a clearance at 4.60.

What a shame Holly B had her accident.

She's having a go at the championship record now.

This is a tiny field in the 10000, presumably combination of being so close to the WCs and the ridiculous quota issue.

I usually expect a few runners in it that are short of international class. I'm not sure it's really the Commonwealth Games without someone from somewhere like the Cook Islands or the Falklands running 34 minutes.

The jogging’s not really my thing….but this could turn into a very long evening for Atkin.

Is Pingua making a bit of a break?

                    No, I think not.

And now it's all changed at the front.

Wildschutt and Butchart make a bit of a break.

                    Poor Sam Atkin drops out.

Atkin drops out. Still quite an interesting race.

It may have been a tiny filed, but what a brilliant duel it was in the final stages. Superb from Kiplimo but Ebenyo gave it everything.
