    Lanisquot ****ed it up.

She went out way too early.

3rd after 2 awful changes (if not DQ'd?)

Good last leg from Neita there.

Just made it, but went out too early. A better exchange between first and second leg and we'd have been going for silver.

Pretty sure Lansiquot was out the box

She can be out of the box as long as her hand is still in it when Phillip lets go of the baton.

Nah, they made the exchange *just* within the box. Also, the official on the side of the track didn't raise a red flag to signal an infringement.

Both Lansiquot and Thompson-Herah were definitely out of the box - just depends on the hands.

The Swiss last exchange wasn't good and made 3rd place easier to get.

I think Imani slammed on the breaks

The result is official now. Bronze for Great Britain.

With better exchanges, I think GB would get the silver. If we had a fully race fit Dina, that European record would also have gone too.

It is sort of a good sign that we have a team that can still recover and get the baton round when they make mistakes.

fair play to the 4x100 ladies, they went for the very limit, but none of the exchanges were great ... Neita saved the day!

I think GB went for gold and messed up with stretched changes. Still, 41.88 would have been a British record pre-2016 and they looked bad. Shows the footspeed we now have.

It wasn't that long ago that our record still stood from the 1980 Olympics!

China's men's relay team with the homage to Street Fighter 2 and Ryu there... nice! XD

The changes weren't the best : looks as if that first change was just legal 🤞... But DAS did what DAS does ...and Neita ran an outstanding anchor ...

Bronze is good for today : they have more in them though. Watch this space...
