Yes, 9.19.68 in 9th place. Well done, Lizzie!

    NR too for Mishmash, 9:14.84.

PML is a typically enigmatic French athlete - your never quite sure which version will turn up.

Incredible effort from Frerichs. Chemutai too good.

British record and great run from Bird.

Hands up if you had Chemutai & Frerichs in the Prediction Contest, LOL.

    That was amazing!

Looks like LIzzie Bird has taken the British record under 9:20.

Grant Holloway is beautiful to watch.
Him, Allen, Parchment? I have no idea who 3rd tbh, other than PML doesn't seem to be in form

Jodie won't be in it, but another 49.x would be incredible.

Joins Ohurougu, Cook. Merry, Sanders and Fraser in the sub 50 club.

I think it'll be a good final. Paulino I think has it but I find it difficult to call beyond that - McPherson, SMU, Felix, even McLeod in it for the minor medals

What a brilliant run from Jodie. Sub 50 long overdue. Can't wait for the final.

Top 8 all sub 50, 49.34 the fastest. I reckon somebody is winning a surprise medal here.

And Jodie's 49.97 is the slowest into the final ...

McPherson super strong. The Jamaican 4x4 will be superb. Glad to see Felix through.
Hayes through, despite the Bajan's NR
