    ETH nails it ! Never in doubt. Made the rest look slowish...but there's three of them under 22...

    Reckon a fit DAS gets silver in that . Looking forward to next year WC.

    a much better day for the athletes - all three athletes in the 800 and harry coppell performing in their finals, mens 1500, womens 400 and the 110 hurdles all doing well and a first medal

      Best session so far for GB by miles - 2nd, 4th and 2 7th places. Wonder how much the 0.09 off bronze for Reekie will hurt the team, let alone her...

              Worth mentioning that Bianca Ghelber (née Perie), the one time teen prodigy, just set her first PB in 11 years, aged 31 in an Olympic final.

                  Annoyingly she'll get an extra year's funding - whilst I do approve of keeping athletes on mat leave in principle she was bloody lucky to stay on it when she did - and then because of covid she got an extra year, and now baby means an extra year again!

                  Listen jokers I have alreadsaid what needs to be said about our lonely little medal by KH
                  Dont think snide shit from the chief flag wavers will cover up for GBs 19th place and 1 medal
                  so far .
                  Who was it with the big number of pbs for our athletes and the let's take everybody philosophy.
                  Have not heard much from the so called experts on British track and field.if one just considers what's happened this week I consider you, mystery, are a rather silly wind up merchant.

                    No covering up needed. I've consistently said it would be difficult without our two medal favourites performing well.

                    The reason I wind you up is you know that I am usually correct, and have the stats and data to back it up, so I appreciate the personal shout-out.

                  How insane is the standard in mSP these days?! Qualifying set at 21.20m. Not really any sign of much improvement in the women's event - perhaps we should be grateful for that.
