          • Fabulous and with the gold already won. I think the first WR by a South American woman?

Yep. 15.67 would have got her a place in the top 10 at the European U20's we had recently.... in the MEN's competition!

              • Five men still in the HJ but all at their last attempt at 2.39. If they all fail the medals go to Barshim, Tamberi and bronze for Nedesekau.

And it's a jumpoff for gold.

No, looks like they've agreed to share it.

              • From Athletics Weekly twitter:

"UKA have lodged a protest on behalf of Daniel Rowden on grounds that he was impeded by Clayton Murphy."

Murphy did move left on the head-on replay.

He definitely checked Rowden but it didn't look like it was anything out of the ordinary.

              • Jump-off beckons - no Barshim and Tanberi are sharing the gold as they are great mates.

              • Shared GOLD for Tamberi and Barshim! This actually happened before, at the 2018 world juniors!

Barshim shared bronze (since upgraded to silver) with Robbie Grabarcz at London 2012.

                • I found that very classy from Barshim asking the question. Everybody loves Tamberi.

Yep, 2 golds. This happened at the World U20's in 2018.

                      • Italy having a sneaky good Games - Tamberi, Jacobs ER, Sibilio, Battocletti, Boglolio NR, Osakue NR, Fantini into Hammer final (there might others I've missed).
