Smart running from Rowden, exactly what you want to see in a heat - I think he'd have been a big danger coming here fully fit, but it'll be very tough off disrupted preparation. Murphy a real standout so far.

A standout? Won well but nothing too dramatic. More impressed by Cheruiyot Rotich - so so easy and lightning fast. (2 secs faster than Murphy)
