So far, it's been an AWFUL morning session for Great Britain in the Olympic Stadium.Comment

Were they fouls for not getting in the quadrent or fouls because distance was awful and he stepped out?
Either way, it's not a good lookl to come to a major games and not even register a distance.👍 1Comment

What was the point of coming back into the sport if you're going to do THAT in qualifying?
At least Simone Biles and Naomi Osaka have their reasons for what happened to them this week. I'd be *really* interested to see what Okoye's got to say for himself after that waste of time, lottery funding and training time it took to have him there in Tokyo...👍 2Comment

I've checked Power of 10 and he has had a few no mark comps but they have been open meets where it didn't really matter and walking out the front on a 57m or whatever would be understandable. Off course if he did the same in an Olympics I wouldn't really blame him.Comment

Finally, some good news from the Olympic Stadium! Tom Gale, down to his last attempt at 2.28 and certain to go out if her failed it, cleared the height for a season's best and likely a qualifying spot in the high jump final!
Currently, Gale is 13th overall. They are going up to 2.30 m now.Last edited by RunUnlimited; 30-07-21, 03:03.👍 1Comment
