          His actual site is much easier to deal with I think ... track and field results dot blogspot dot com (remove all the spaces and replace "dot" with a dot)

            The commentators misled you! They were obviously looking at their on-screen clock instead of the stadium clock. Caldwell's time was 4:08.02 instead, a few tenths outside her PB.

            • A couple of decent runs at the Ribble Valley 10k on Boxing Day. 31:38 from Jess Piasecki and 31:45 from the returning Laura Weightman. Johnny Mellor was 1st overall in 28:59.
